Are you a goal-setter?
Goals are the heartbeat of your life. Without Goals, life tends a meander with no real direction.
Goals are GOOD.
But what happens when you miss your Goal?
Yes, you might want to give up, but it’s not the end of the world.
Missing a deadline doesn’t always mean you missed your Goal.
Missing a Goal only means that you are using a particular result to define achievement.
You might consider using outcome-based goal setting when your Goal doesn’t need a specific “How” or “When.”
In other words, you’ll get there when you get there.
Better yet, always make sure that your goals are fueling your purpose. When you do that, time doesn’t matter anymore.
