The Power of Taking a Break

What Steven Covey called it “Sharpening The Saw,” I call my 5 R’s. Slowing down to rest and recharge will always yield far better results that pushing through until you’re exhausted.

It’s simple.

Ritual, Rest, Rejuvenate, Reactivate. Repeat

Ritualistically get out of bed every day and go for your dreams. Make sure you take breaks along the way to rest. Allow your body and mind a chance to rejuvenate. Then get up, reactivate and start moving toward your goals.

Repeat the process until you reach them.

The world easiest recipe for success – Stand up! Take a step! Repeat!
