So, How Did I Get Here?
I had the idea to start Motivation To Move in 2004 with the help of my daughter, Carlyn. Then, a few years later, the recession hit AND Carlyn decided to retire and focus on being a Mom. I was heartbroken to lose my partner. I was also in a panic.
Over the years we had learned our craft and built a custom system to support the business. It had earned millions. When Carlyn decided to leave, I realized that SHE had control of all my systems and the recession had control of my customers. It was not a good place to be. I didn’t ever want to be in that position again. Yes, it was frustrating and scary to be trying something new after so many years of success. There was also no reason to let a little roadblock ruin everything. Besides, I loved my lifestyle and the income the supported it. It was time to do things differently.
Rather than run from the future, I embraced it by turning MY problem into somebody elses problems. I decided to hire the services of other companies - and their robots to grow my business. In short, I moved it to the "cloud."
