Today we’re in search of happiness. But, today is no difference than any other day. Happiness is always on the agenda.
In 2002, Howard Gardner wrote about what he calls, “Good Work,” and its power to create happiness in your life.
“Good Work,” is a combination of excellence, where you are doing work that calls on your best talents.
“Good Work,” is engagement, where you are enthusiastic, energized, and love what you do.
“Good Work,” is ethics, where your work aligns with your sense of purpose, meaning, and where you want to go in life.
Do “Good Work” this week. It sounds like fun.
